Everwell Group was founded in the 1980s in Manila, Philippines. It started as an entrepreneurial company which traded grocery items and commodities. Built on strong business ethos and fundamentals, the company grew steadily over the years and soon moved on from its small local outfit to establish a large international trading network in Southeast Asia. In 1992, Everwell Group made the strategic decision to move to Singapore where it established the hub of its business network.
To increase customer value, the company expanded its operations to include retail distribution of canned goods in selected Southeast Asian markets. By 2001, Everwell Group started a subsidiary company, Phoenix Logistics & Marketing Pte Ltd., to fully dedicate its resources to servicing retail distribution. In addition, the company was attracted to the growing Chinese market very early on and opened its Hong Kong office in the same year. As an early entrant in the Chinese market, the Everwell Group experienced the growth of the economy in full-swing and has learnt to be flexible and responsive to the rapid market changes in China. Everwell (Grand China) Limited has since augmented its presence in the far eastern markets and serves as a hub for the three major territories – China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR.
Everwell Group has further expanded its business portfolio and ventured into the manufacturing industry. A new subsidiary, Alliance Manufacturing Pte Ltd, was set up in Singapore in 2011 to cater to production needs from regions such as the Middle East, Japan and Southeast Asia. This new production facility houses eight 100MT silos and is designed to handle a production capacity of 4 MT/hr of dry blends such as powdered fruit drinks and confectionery preparations.

Investing much time and dedication into the brands entrusted to us, working together with our partners with a mutual goal and understanding in mind, the Everwell Group has been able to maintain a stable and sustainable growth over the years.
